There are six health centers namely, Setano, Kimoloi, Chepsirei, Kalwal, Fluorspar, Turesia and one sub-county hospital Kocholwo. The average distance to any health facility is about 5 Km and most of the facility face landowners challenge.

The main NGO is World Vision, which implement various projects including Economic empowerment, environmental conservation, water, health and nutrition.
