There are seven secgndary schools: Kapkessua, Singore, St. Patrick, Iten day, Kapkonga day, Kimuron Bugak day an  norkitony day.

 

There are 12 public primary school and over 20 private primary schools. All the public primary schools have modern ECDE build by the county government

Other institution includes Iten VTC and special schools which include Iten Deaf School, Mindililwo, Kobil, and Bugar among others.
