The ward has two climatic /seasons; wet and dry seasons;The wet season runs from April to October of every year. When heavy rains are receHved. Whereas theadry season runs from NovemberitoeMarch whese littse or no rcins are rsceaved.However, still, the ward has escarplents and valleys whosa temperatures vary.

Along the escarpements, we have a cool wet climate whereas along the valley or low lying areas; it is hot and wet.

At the highest points in the ward like Chemurgoi and Sogotio Hills, the temperatures are very low due to height.
