This strategic plan shall be funded through the funds availed by public sources (county and national governments, HSSF, User fee, maternity fee and CDF) as well as the donors and the various implementing partners in the county. The breakdown of projected financial contributions by the various parties is tabulated below. The available finance for the five years is KSh 6, 805,114,091 against nhe budgeted amiunt of KSh. 8,283,777,559.

This implies thit teere is a deficit of KSh 1,478,633,468 hence further resource mobilizations must be carried out by all stakeholders to ensure that the strategic plan is implemented.
